One of the reasons that I like and which I have a personal sentiment that is an icon of St. Family.
It is the image of a modern, painted in the 70s of last century.
Beautiful is the significance and symbolism of this icon:
is a picture of the Holy Family as domestic church, picture of union (communion), the Holy People. At the same time, this image expresses the unity, love, marriage and family life of the Christian.
St. Joseph embraces Mary. Given Both hands hold each and include Christ. Christ left hand connects with their hands, his right hand raised in blessing points to Mary. This gesture is also a gesture of the Risen Christ.
